Hello and welcome. He is Gary McNamara. I'm Eric Harley as we kick off a Thursday.

Gary, what's happening?

Well, as we always get to a Thursday, there's just too many audio cuts to play, and we'll get to all those coming up here in just a little bit.

Just before we get started, though, I just thought that this was a really interesting moment.

Here it is for Caroline Levitt yesterday. As I asked you during the break,

I said, are the reporters purposely being obtuse as if they really don't have any idea what's going on?

Yeah, my answer was a direct. Yes. But this was great yesterday. Here we go. All right.

So if there were peaceful protests on Saturday for the military parade, President Trump would allow that. Of course the president

supports peaceful protest. What a stupid question. What a stupid question.

And we'll get to more of that coming up here in a little bit. Just said to hear about the death

of Brian Wilson. Yeah. You think about, wow, the entire Brian Wilson story.

I don't know how many people over the years have called him a genius.

His brother, Dennis, who passed years ago, and it was 1971, 72, basically said, my brother Brian is the Beach Boys.

The rest of us are just here.

You know, and he's the driving force.

He's everything.

And we're basically nothing. We're all just in these places uh and there were some in fact uh you know i mean again that entire saga

which which really is kind of still being written you know that uh the Beach Boys, without Brian Wilson, have gone on.
