Okay, here's one.

And California was one of the first states, just as a side note here, that mandated motorcycle helmets.

If you were on a motorcycle, you had to wear a helmet. And of course, people

were trying to figure out a way to not wear helmets and still wear helmets. So I don't know if

you've ever seen, particularly the gangbangers, motorcycle groups, they would wear, for example,

German helmet, German World War II helmets, which I always found terrific.

Also, it was mandated that there has to be a rear view mirror

somewhere on the bike, and this was a few years ago,

and what people did, very, very clever, is on their helmets,

they would put a dentist mirror just sticking out and there they go, hey,

rearview mirror. I haven't seen those lately, so I'm assuming the law has been somewhat modified.

So with that, new laws that have now, well, this one has been introduced. This is proposed legislation, but this is California, and guess what?

This is going to pass.

Very little doubt about it. Why? Because this is California, and it's going to pass.

So here it is. There is a state senator, Brian Dahl, who introduced a bill, its proposed legislation, that would exempt

that helmet-wearing law for people who wear religious or cultural headdresses. And this is

mainly of bikers in the Sikh community. Now, you've seen the Sikhs. They wear the white,

long, flowing outfits, and they have the turban on their head, the white turban on their

head, and they have a ceremonial knife they take with them also around their belt. And that white turban actually surrounds a lot of hair I

mean a lot of hair because according to the Sikh religion you're not supposed to cut your

hair so you have this I mean it's five six feet long hair that then it's wrapped
