My question is that Jeremiah moved to the Ark of the Covenant.

So at the time of Jesus, the high priest, when he takes the blood at Yonkippur,

Yes, that's correct.

And Jewish literature confirms that the Ark of the Covenant was not returned from Babylon.

So you didn't have the Ark of the Covenant.

You didn't have the tablets of the law, the Ten Commandments.
