It's finally starting to act like Florida summer down here in June,

and we're starting to get rain pretty much on a daily basis, which we

badly needed.

And that's also getting very hot and humid.

So it's actually Florida again down in Florida.

So everybody that's come down here to visit letting you know, yes, this is how the weather is for

the next couple months.

Sit back, relax, enjoy it, and pretty much wear a swimsuit and tank top everywhere you go.

Also, in other news and the complete opposite side of the country in California, if you guys saw this, June 4th, a federal judge, federal U.S. District Judge Roger Benitez of San Diego

has now ruled that the state of California's definition of military-style assault rifle

unlawfully deprives law-abiding Californians of weapons commonly allowed in other states by the Supreme Court.

He said under no level of heightened scrutiny can this law survive.

He has now issued a federal permanent injunction against any enforcement of the law against assault weapons or military style weapons in the state of California.

Within 30 days, he's giving Attorney General Rob Bonta time to appeal, but there is not much appeal that is going to happen to this from what I am being told and what I am researching.

So, officially, ironic timing, July 4th, 2021, California residents will have their, I guess,

rights given back to them, Dad.

If they've been stolen, think since nineteen eighty nine is when

they first put an assault weapons ban which is so silly you guys already know my stance on that

that whole terminology assault weapon i can take this ballpoint pen on my table right here
