I have not done one of these in a while and I am excited to do it for you guys today.

I ask questions on my Instagram like probably two weeks ago or so, October 15th and this

episode's coming out in November so sorry about that but I really wanted to do a Q&A today

because it feels like it's been forever

since I just talked to you guys and answered your questions

and had a conversation.
