So as the intro said, we're going to be talking about 10 things that I've learned in 2022.

And this is going to be like a super candid conversation.

Just kind of like breaking it all down of like some things that really came to mind to me now that as we're nearing the end of the year of kind of like, yeah, like these things are really standing out as like lessons.

Not changes, but like almost like no going into the next few years.

As we grow every year,
