Hey everyone, welcome back to the podcast. I'm super excited to have you here with me again this week.

And I'm so excited about my guest this week.

This is the second time she has been on my podcast.

Most of you will probably recognize her name.

She's my best business buddy, Carrie Robina.

And Carrie and I have known each other for many years.

We actually met in a mastermind, didn't we, my friend?

Yes, we did.

And so we were in being coached together

and just, it was one of those things, like every once

when I know you just meet somebody

and you're like, and I already love her and now we're

friends forever and that was kind of the situation and we just bonded in Chicago and became

business buddies and even though we're in completely different

areas, you're in health and wellness

and you do a lot of evangelism work

and I'm in business and DIY. We still find so much that we have in common with our businesses and you've just been such a blessing to me, Carrie. I cannot even count how many times I have called you and said girl help.
