The other day I shared on my Instagram that my husband and I are back in couples therapy.

And I got a ton of questions as to why, because I had also

shared that we are thriving in our marriage, but we are in fact going back to couples therapy.

We had gone to couples therapy for a number of years right off the bat when we pretty much

first started dating. And then our therapist moved. And we haven't been in therapy for about a

year and a half now. And we finally

found a therapist that we're excited to get to know and to have him support us. So I shared it on

my Instagram because there's so much stigma around going to therapy that I want to break that down.

I want individuals, couples to understand the power and the benefits of

additional support therapy coaching. And so I shared that and I got a lot of questions as to what's

going on. Are you sure you're okay? And so I thought I would record a podcast episode talking about

why my husband and I are in therapy despite having a marriage that's thriving.
