Summary

Maintaining a healthy lifestyle in modern society can be challenging on the best of days. It becomes even harder when travelling by plane. We decided to do a recording on a recent flight, as we take off from Phoenix Airport. We share how we stayed healthy through the whole flight process. Flying healthy, like anything else, is about doing the best you can in a given situation. Enjoy our planecast!

Marnie Wasserman and we are in Arizona our plane is about to take off and we decided it would be fun to do a little recording and

share with you guys some of our healthy tips for flying and yeah we're just

making our way on the runway now for takeoff so we should be taken off pretty soon.

Yeah, you guys might hear some background noise, but that's okay. That's all part of this fun experience so yeah

Jesse and I figured it would be really good to take you through everything from

you know getting on the airplane to prepping before you get to the airport

because there's certain things that

Jesse and I do that we feel you guys would get a lot of value out of. So first

thing I'll mention is depending on when your flight is, make sure that you have a

meal, whether you eat at home or you need to pick something up.

And we've done that. We picked up some food from an amazing cafe called Pomagonic

cafe the other day here in Arizona. And we got some wraps and I got something

from Kaleidoscope which is these little spring rolls so we got something

that we could just bring with us and eat either in the airport while we're waiting at

our gate or something we can eat right when we get on the plane.

So the big thing you have to be careful about is liquids.

Typically you can't take liquids through security so what we did is we did the best

we could and picked up some bottled Fiji water.

So we have that with us to keep hydrated through our adventure here.
