Oh, wonderful. We've been in a monsoon season here in Orlando, which is, honestly, I feel terrible for anyone vacationing down here right now, because it has not been pleasant but at the same time it's just been wonderful

for the first time in i want to say a year and a half we're getting regular rains so the grass is

all coming back uh landscaping that just got done for the spring is coming in just better than ever

it's so i know people people really never want to come down for the spring is coming in just better than ever.

It's so I know people,

people really never want to come down and experience rain on their vacation,

but it's, you know what,

these places need it.

Yeah, I think I was watching you on Daily Fix this past day.

Were you an animal kingdom and you were trapped inside by the rain?

We, yeah, we were. It was pretty terrible. We showed up and it wasn't supposed to have any chance of

raining until like four o'clock in the afternoon. And so we were there around 11, you know, to make sure that it gets out sometime around
