Well, here's our first step in understanding this model of being God's representative in the life of your children of God's mercy. God makes his invisible, transforming, rescuing mercy visible by sending

And we're going to unpack this. You're never just dealing with behavior. You're never just dealing with behavior.

You're never just dealing with behavior. Now think again, if behavior was the core human problem, all we would need is some system for redirecting our behavior.

Now what that means is, parents hear this, behavioral management

and control is never enough. Do your children need their behavior managed? Yes. Do they need

their behavior controlled? Yes. Do your children need regulations and the enforcement of those regulations by

loving parental authority? Yes, they do. But you're never just dealing with that. I said this before

to you, but I want to illustrate it this way, that if all you do is manage and control

by the exercise of your authority, the behavior of your children, when they leave your home,
