about a lot but maybe I don't talk about it enough and so motivation to me is an

emotion it is not an actual it's not actually useful so if all you're doing is

you're searching for motivation that it's going to change the way that your

mood changes it's just like if you get in a bad mood and then all of a sudden

something happy happens and all of a sudden you're in a good mood so same with

motivation you can get around people who motivate you and you are motivated to

do a little bit of work or you're motivated to show up in your business or
