0:57.0	Now, usually in America, when we say belt, B-E-L-T, we think of our pants, our blue jeans,
1:04.9	and then the leather belt that we use to keep our pants from falling down.
1:07.7	Or maybe it's just fashion for some people.

1:13.1	Now, if something, this is an expression, everybody, if something is under your belt, that means you have experienced it. And the idea, what is under your belt?
1:22.8	Your stomach. It's inside the skin. And it's like some food that you have eaten and digested and it's through your
