their relationship with the better parts of themselves,

and how to deal and cope with the worst parts of yourself,

and how spirituality, God, connected to people, fellowship, and service, help you connect with the parts of

yourself that bring out the best in you and how it helps you cope with the parts of yourself that might not feed you the way that they should.

It was a very, very necessary conversation with me, someone who sometimes struggles to access his spiritual center.
