nutrition practice that's dedicated to women, helping women rebalance their hormones through nutrition

and good sleep and a lot of self-love. I do focus a lot on nutrition. And, you know, all of that

came from my own experience of having had Hashimoto's disease.

Actually, before that Graves disease, autoimmune disease that really mess around with your thyroid,

And I really struggled with all of those things for probably, like, good, I want to say 15 years,

before I figured out what it was.

I used to work in advertising and travel a lot, not sleep, drink a lot.
