I gotta be honest, today I am kind of a raw nerve. Okay and that's okay. I try to talk about how I'm actually feeling and generally I'm very

upbeat and I'm still positive and happy but I'm not upbeat today because I'm

I had some experiences in the past 24 hours of just situations with my kids

where I just feel like an exposed raw nerve.

Oh yeah and I think that that's okay and I actually think that for those of you who know you know with air quotes and

see how you share on social media they would and listen to the podcast for that

matter they would know that you are really that happy, upbeat person.

And also you have experiences like we all do,

where you just, you can't fake it.

You can't, you can't pretend to be just uppity up and all of your every mood when things get hard sometimes like really really deeply hard so I love that you're in that place

In those situations when I'm having raw nerve moments I find success by like

sitting in that discomfort and sitting in that moment and not trying to fake my way

through it but like really just being there for a minute and feeling what I need to feel so that I can move

back to that place of upbeat happiness.
