Hello, welcome to the Christmas episode of the Jeff Macolino podcast. Mainly, that's just because that's the way the calendar reads.

Not really a Christmas theme to the episode, but a phone one nonetheless. I'll keep the intro and outro short because I'll be honest, my throat's a little sore.

I'd be celebrating and screaming a little too much watching the St. Shut Out Tom Brady.

You know, throwing your little tablet and saying some really mad things to the St. sideline. Yeah, maybe just play better, dude.

Lost to an offense that was led by the St. 3rd string tight end. So, you know, you got that going for you, Tommy.

Alright. Anyways, about this episode. I talked to John Moyer. Now, he is a fun story and a really cool guy, very nice guy.

Basically, he's a hypnotist now. He was doing stand-up comedy. He did it for over 20 years.

So, you know, he's got some stories we talk about in that realm as well. And then lead into, you know, how he became a hypnotist.

You know, I asked him to make me look like a chicken, just kidding. I did not, but I, of course, brought up the stereotypical thoughts of hypnotism and kind of the bad movie TV tropes that we see so often.

Talked a lot about it. Some interesting stuff, very interesting. He's got a YouTube channel with a ton of subscribers, hundreds of thousands of subscribers.

I'm going to test it out. I'm interested to see. I probably should look for one of those weight loss ones because it's just one of those weekends.

My last three meals have been taco bell steak and chicken McDonald's. And I don't have much. I'm an excuse except for, you know, I was drinking a lot.

So, you know, my caloric intake was already high and I thought, why not just make it higher. No, excuse. Anyway, it's, so maybe I should look into that.

And I probably will. But we talk a lot about that. The process, you know, some of the things behind it, you know, how he got into hypnotism and how it can affect people or help people.

And kind of the future, there's a lot of interesting kind of correlations, I think, with a lot of guests I've had on it with a lot of these threads seem to tie together in a way when you talk about, you know, the universe and mental health and spirituality and all that stuff.

It's kind of an interesting thing that I think people are getting more into, you know, the body, the human body in brain or a real hard piece of equipment to get right. So anyways, I throw it already hurts.

So we will go on to the episode. I will probably not put this one up on YouTube. I did end up putting the last episode up on YouTube.

I struggle with some video stuff because I have the technological skills of an 87 year old. So it's, you know, what's this button to kind of thing, not really high tech on my end.

So I was trying to figure out some video video editing stuff to make it nicer. But to be honest, I can't even figure out how to get my intro and outro to attach to the video.

So there's that. Anyways, enjoy the episode. It's a real interesting conversation, fun conversation. And I think you will enjoy it. I'll see you on the flip side.
