I think it's a really valuable thing to sit down and just kind of think about the year in

collaborative team. Hear me out first is what she says. Distance learning means that we have to

work on a team like never before. As a grade level, we pre-record videos and make activities for

our students each week. We decide to split up subjects to make life easier.

Don't get me wrong. I love working with my coworkers and I love getting to plan and bounce ideas

off of them. But I don't love waiting until Saturday at 6 p.m. to receive my lesson videos

assignments. Then having to stay up late on Saturday or wake up early

on a Sunday to link assignments and videos. Then post to our website. Sometimes I wish I could just do it
