was horrific I couldn't see any of you.

I looked like I was a pixelated blob it was horrible so I'm sorry for betraying you the

way I betrayed you last time but I'm gonna jump in today and I want to talk about a couple

really powerful tips for overcoming adversity and the reason why I wanted to talk about this

is because we are in a loud loud space right now obviously I just kind of in the world

and in general our profession as always is going to be something that some people love

some people hate and I know some of you don't yet have the I don't care about you and

so I can ask more than anything to kind of talk about this but we're gonna do like a

Jesse Lee spin on it so look I kind of got to ask yourself how do you react when something

bad happens to you because that's adversity right I should give some hell of a way.
