And I bet you didn't know that, but I'm Finnish, like 90-something percent Finnish.

So on this episode, I got on Joanna Nyland.

She's the author of Sisu, the Finnish Art of Courage.

So Joanna's Finnish.

She talked to me from Helsinki, and we talk about Sisu, which is a Finnish word.

That means courage and determination.

And it's really hard to translate.

But that's why I talk to her.

And she explains it a lot better than I just did.

But it's a really interesting concept, really cool to learn about.

And then we also kind of dig into a lot of kind of Finnish culture stuff and learn about things that they do that at least I want to do. And I think us here in the U.S. should kind of start to learn a little bit more about and bring back into our life. Things like, you know, saunas. It's pronounced saunas, pronounced saunas, by the way, not saunas. They do the ice plunge, spend a lot of time in nature and roughing it and that kind of stuff.

But I might sound a little excited in this episode because it was exciting for me to hear this stuff.

And it's fun, you know, growing up with Finnish grandparents and seeing this kind of stuff in them. But that's it.
