Do I really lead book club before our team and do I how do I choose the book?

So I really do lead book club every single night for our team. Sometimes it's around 845 central standard time

They're just pop up zoom calls basically that are around my schedule. It's not necessarily

Like any set time. It's like if I have a break in the day, and I know I have 20 minutes to go through

A chapter or two of a book that we're reading then I do that and it's been a really big culture builder

So that's been super fun for me and then the second thing is I pick books based off of what I really think
