1:25.2	And recently I had an epiphany about my own anger
1:29.1	and how it affects my life.
1:31.1	And I'm going to share two recent examples of my anger issues and how
1:35.1	I'm learning to overcome it. So that's this week show the price of your anger and
1:41.2	you know to keep and to hold on to anger is physically and
1:46.1	emotionally exhausting so we're going to learn why it is that we need to let go of
1:51.4	this anger and find tranquility and peace. Now the
