Shawn walks me through the up's and downs of it all, and how it's led him to now owning his own fitness company, Boothcamp. Shawn leads classes at his gym in Nashville, as well as around the nation. Boothcamp has attracted hundreds of people from around the country to come join his classes. 0:15.0	Today might be my wife's favorite episode we sit down and talk with Sean Booth who was on season 11 of the Bats for it and we talk with Sean about how he got to be on the show and what he's up to now.

0:55.5	Yeah you're scared you're an intimidating guy.
0:57.5	If my arms are shaking still it's because I want to show you guys what's going on.

1:04.5	Sean's gym and I got crushed dude.
1:06.5	Yeah it's funny because the best part about the gym is that there's people like yourself professional athletes that come in there and then you could be training next to somebody who just started training last week and it's kind of the same experience for everybody they get their ass kicked.
1:21.5	Yeah my least favorite thing we did was the medicine ball hill sprint so yeah if you guys are in Nashville and want to check out a good workout go to Booth Camp.
1:31.5	That's like our signature thing like you can't leave there unless you run up that hill with a med ball and I saw you I was watching you to make sure that you grabbed the heavy ball and you did.
1:42.5	I grabbed the heaviest one there.
1:44.5	I'm glad I passed it though.
1:46.5	I want to have let you out that garage door if you didn't grab that ball.
1:48.5	At the end of the run you tried to throw me the football and at that point I was like Sean I don't want any part of this.
1:55.5	I barely reached my hand out.
1:57.5	Didn't even really try but.
