Now, principles for church growth.

Before our time is up, I have a few minutes, and I want to go through the principles, a few principles for the church to grow in.

Number one, the principle of the multiplied senior pastor.

Amen.

All right.

If we have many people who behave like the senior pastor, all right, we are going to have mega churches.

Amen.

Now, what I have learned from the working at the First Life Church is that if I can have devoted, dedicated, multiplied senior pastors, I can have a bigger church than I had.

One of the things I didn't have was dedicated,

multiplied senior pastors.

Like, it's not only the senior pastor who is working.

Because now, you see, the children, they work.

Yeah.

They have their own crusades they are organizing many times

when i'm going to preach my son is not sitting there he's working they work on so many things then at

the last moment they come there they are working he's not the only one working they are doing so many things

organizing

mobilizing confusion

different things

and the last minute

then they come and sit there
