Summary

If I have one thing to do in a day, it weighs on me all day long. Even if it’s something enjoyable.

There will be a kernel of anxiety in my brain all day, until the event happens.

In episode #5, I talk about this odd phenomenon. Having a dentist appointment at 3pm shouldn't mean I can't go to a yoga class at 10am! Why do I feel "so busy" when I'm not?

If you like the podcast, please leave a rating and review in iTunes or Stitcher! It would very appreciated.

There will be that little kernel of anxiety in my brain all day until the event happens.

For example, the other day I had a Pilates class at 6.30 p.m. I was looking forward to it.

But for some reason, everything I did for the rest of that day revolved around the class in my head

anyway. I remember thinking around 1 p.m. Oh, I have five hours until that class. Even though

it's almost like I felt like I couldn't get anything else done really until the class was over

and out of the way. I love the feeling of having a free, clear day with nothing to do where I can

feeling weighed down by having plans. Highly sensitive people really value autonomy and control.
