I am Nate Swick. It's Young Birder of the Year time again. We have just opened up registration

for our annual birding mentoring program that has sent so many young birders into the

birding and research and conservation world. Seriously, the track record is really

impressive. But I feel like I should bring it up here because the podcast audience skews younger

than our usual ABA media outlets. Not that we have a ton of people in the 10 to 19 age

range, but we have a few. I know you're out there. If you're interested in what is a really

great opportunity to participate in some activities that will build your birding skills,
