0:50.5	that I gave you back on April 18th. I shared with you that the White House slapped a set of sanctions on the oil and petroleum products from that communist-led country.
0:59.0	But Mr. Biden created a big loophole. U.S. companies could apply for some exemptions, which takes us to the news.
1:07.0	A Texas-based company called Global Oil Terminal's got a new waiver over the weekend to purchase 570,000 barrels of asphalt from Venezuela.
1:16.8	Those will now be shipped in six different installments, likely heading to New York based on
1:21.0	other asphalt purchases by this company back in January.
1:24.9	The reason for the purchase is likely due to very cheap pricing.
1:28.6	Venezuelan oil products of all kinds generally enjoy a pretty steep discount due to the reputational risk of doing
