Hello everyone and welcome to the show coming to you from the Bob Barley studio in Orlando, Florida. I'm your host Pete Warner.

Join today by my good friend Tom Bell, Michael Bowling. And Will Perry. And back in the production look all by his lonesome, our producer Dustin West.

Nobody's here. Nobody likes me.

Well, as I've been saying all week that we're pre-recording these. And out of order.

Completely out of order. And part of that was because not everyone, not all 10 of us went to the offsite hotels.

It was the five of us here and Corey who is in Louisiana for a family event.

So I figured it didn't make sense after all this recording to make these guys come in and sit and really not have anything to say about hotels they didn't experience.

So, but that was one of the nice things about this event is we had so many people out there doing this that we were able to kind of split up.

And some of us were able to go do one thing and the rest of the team was off doing something else.

So it really kind of worked out. It worked out really nice.

And it's, well, before we get too far into a discussion about the residents in, we have a video that Dustin has put together to give you an overview of this very nice, very interesting Disneyland Good Neighbor Resort.
