Yeah, still fighting off a cold a couple days into it.

This is the bodyache kind of, well, you know how it is. But since I've been eating healthily for

four and a half years, I'll tell you, my immune system is massively better, night and day better

than it used to be. And if I get a cold, it's much less

severe and it passes much more quickly. So I'm blessed in the midst of fighting off this little

sickness. For those that are fighting off real serious diseases, we stand with you in faith.
