So here's the thing Aaron basically yesterday went on sports center and came out and said me versus you us versus them

Yeah, I'm not coming to OTAs. I don't care about the fine

He basically called out the front office. So I mean it looks like now Aaron only comes back if they get rid of the front office

Mark Murphy's the CEO and president Brian Goudon Coos is the GM, but he can be fired by Mark Murphy

And and there was a story about a year ago where Mark Murphy said when they hired Matt LaFlure or Mark Murphy told Aaron Rogers

Don't be the problem here. Don't be the reason this doesn't work now Aaron denied that comment

What do I know? I generally don't think reporters just make up stuff, but anyway

The way to make Aaron happy it appears is either kind of change the culture which would be to fire Mark Murphy

Or the GM, but that is so abrupt and so dramatic and so intense and so precedent setting

It's just green based DNA is embedded. It's deep. It's frugal. It's humble. It's modest

It's development. I just don't think they can pivot into blowing up the front office

I don't think it's in them and the stronger and deeper and longer a culture has been present
