| 1:05.0 | over the particularly from March of 20 through 21, it came up repeatedly that even people |
| 1:17.4 | who bought travel insurance, trip insurance weren't covered for the circumstances that led |
| 1:26.6 | to them not going because of COVID. |
| 1:30.8 | And over and over again, not covered, not covered, not covered. |
| 1:34.8 | And so starting, I guess about late summer of 20, I started talking more and more about |
| 1:46.9 | cancel for any reason travel insurance geared towards people who had booked cruises or tours |
| 1:54.0 | or whatever that if you decided not to go so often the policies didn't cover that reason. |
| 2:03.3 | And you were just out all your money. |
| 2:06.0 | So cancel for any reason insurance costs more than traditional travel insurance. |
| 2:12.5 | But what it does, it gives you back usually 75% of the cost of the trip. |
| 2:19.9 | Sometimes it will be 50, but usually it's 75%. |
| 2:23.2 | Why is it never 100% because there's moral hazard there? |
