I am actually in the Louisville studio.

I was planning on being out at Valhalla along with Billy Rutledge,

who is out there right now,

going to be broadcasting for the pre-show

and for KSR today as well but I'm actually in the studio today because of some unfortunate

events that have happened this morning first of, let's just go back to the

very beginning at five o'clock this morning or about that time. A pedestrian was

struck trying to cross Shelbyville Road by a shuttle bus.

Unfortunately, that person has passed away.

And then that led to another event sometime after that,

where Scotty Sheffler was trying to get into the entrance of

Valhalla he was instructed by police officers from what we were told to stop to not try to go

pass the the crash scene he then goes by anyway then gets basically pulled out of the car by a police officer, thrown in

cuffs and because of that we have a massive delay a massive traffic delay

well turns out it wasn't as bad as what we had thought but a bad enough

traffic delay to where we were like all right Billy you go on to Valhalla I'm

going to go back to the studio in case you can't make it there on time but but you made it
