Do you actually own a car if it is connected to the internet?

Because as it turns out, some Tesla owners just discovered that no,

they don't actually really own their own cars.

I'll explain that.

Third, I've got another update for you this time on the issue of reparations in California.

So that idea will probably be shelved all because the Golden State is running out of money.
