So that's definitely good. It's not really put I don't think people are I think people are tired of staying in their homes at this point and overall that

not a day today much lower but we rallied through the end of the day and not a shock here. You know I think you're starting to see this next level, this next phase of the market

And you've seen that, the JCPenney file, I know they're on the brink of filing, they've missed debt payments, and I believe they missed some rent payments. They didn't miss their million dollar bonuses
