I was watching an article on Zero Hedge in a video of Rand Paul, and it kind of troubled me, not what he was saying, but the fact that he's one of the

only senators that is actually going out of his way to make a point to delay this $40 billion

dollar behemoth bill to just hand Ukraine more money. My million dollar question that nobody's been able to answer to me is, why is it our

responsibility to give Ukraine $40 billion?

Is anybody in Europe not capable of doing that?

Anybody in other NATO countries not capable of doing that?

Why is the United States, which Ukraine is not even a NATO country,

why is the United States suddenly having to take it upon themselves

to throw them tens of billions of dollars, it seems, almost every single month?

Well, again, I told you my theory.

The answer, my opinion is it's because it's the third most corrupt country in the entire world.

And there's a whole lot of hands getting greased with what's going on over there right now.

Now, apparently the military industrial complex on a lot of the politicians in D.C. or I rate with Rand Paul, I was reading some of the tweets and some of the articles of all the hatchet jobs they're doing on him, calling him now a Putin sympathizer.

I could not a Putin sympathizer because he said, and I quote, this wasn't the fact that he stated, we can't ever give any money to Ukraine.

He said the only way I am going to go along with this is if we have an inspector general that monitors every single dollar that goes to Ukraine and exactly how every billions of dollars are being spent in that country.
