Before we go to the phones, two things.

I had a good chat with Charlie Kirk last night about the bill, the anti-semitism bill that I discussed

on the air yesterday. I made clear that my whole focus yesterday was the question, does the definition

that was provided by the IHRA International Holocaust Rememance Alliance, the definition of anti-Semitism that was adopted

in this bill, does it forbid, does it preclude portions of the New Testament that would allegedly

be called anti-Semitic?

And I said absolutely not.

It does not.

What it would say is it is anti-Semitic to accuse all Jews of being Christ-Kolors, or to say that

then a modern Israeli is a Christ-killer because of what happened in the New Testament, etc.

That's all the bill is dealing with.

So I went through that with Charlie as we chat it and suggested there are really three separate issues.

One, is the bill a good bill or does it infringe on any way in freedom of speech? That's one question. Totally fair question.

Of course, he would have grave concerns about that.

Second question, could the bill potentially be misused, even if the language is clear?
