I receive lots of email in the last couple of days, especially, asking about Perf live and DDM live do you actually do you really have live classes when are they so I'm going to tell you the live class schedule at the

end of this podcast all right yeah check that, check that out. It's amazing. Today's expression,

you name it, you name it, you name it. It's a great expression. What does it mean? You name it.

You name it actually means whatever you want, whatever you'd like.

So, for example, what do you want to have for lunch, Shane?

Mm, you name it.

That means anything.

Whatever you want.

Do you want to have hot dogs? No problem. Do you want to have hamburgers? No problem. Do you want to have pizza? No problem. Do you want to have falafels? No problem.

Do you want to have waffles? No problem. You name it. Whatever. Whatever you want. Anything you want.

Anything. It's a great expression.

You name it.

When somebody asks you what you want, what you would like to do,

and if you are open to anything, if anything is okay, you can say, you name it.

So another example.

Let's say we go to the movie theater, and the movie theater has many different movies.

They have this movie and that movie and this movie and that movie, and you say to me, Shane, which movie do you want to see?

You name it.

Anything.
