That's right JBR army, it's time for us to review that most misunderstood of James Bond films, 1979's Moonraker.

Until 2002, this film tended to be the butt of many a joke. "Bond in space? Come oooon" and "That's the crazy one that's a bit like Star Wars, right?" have been common remarks throughout the years.

So it's time for Tom & Chris, your intrepid Bond reporters to revisit what was once one of the most controversial among fans and see how it stands up today.

0:15.5	we haven't done a movie review, well, Spy seems like quite a long time ago now. Obviously,

0:21.5	cards. What do you think? I tell you what, I'm really excited to get stuck into this because when I
0:26.4	was a wee lad, and up until the year 2002, Moonraker was the, that's quite exact. Yeah. Moonraker
0:33.5	was the butt of everybody's jokes when it came to Bond, wasn't it? It really was that that was the one movie that was like, oh, fucking our Bond in Space,
0:40.5	that everybody used to take Mickey out of.
0:42.8	Obviously, that's been superseded by an unmentionable film from that year.
0:47.8	So it's interesting to go back to it.
0:50.1	And I think a lot of people, me included um had a lot of preconceived thoughts about
0:56.8	moonraker for years and years and then the last time I watched it is when you came down to
1:00.7	the Earl of White quite a few years ago now and we sat down and watched it through different
1:05.4	eyes then and thought huh it's actually not as I mean it's, but it's not as crazy as the sort of the public perception of it sort of leads people to think.
1:16.3	So again, I've gone back with fresh eyes, watched it over again, and I'm excited to get stuck into this one, man.
