I just finished making my breakfast and it was a one-carp waffle using PE science protein

so if you guys have known me for the last few years and you've

watched my YouTube channel you know that I absolutely love making this for

breakfast and the idea behind the one-carb waffle stem from me who just wanting

something kind of sweet for breakfast that

wasn't just a protein shake I don't like drinking my calories when I'm like dieting

and if I am low calorie or on prep or something which I happen in the past many

times and it was low enough

carb to enjoy in the depths of prep which is like really really important so

trust me I still love it now even when I'm not dieting is just so delicious

waffles are great if you're team waffles now even when I'm not dieting is just so delicious.

Waffles are great if your team waffles.
