It's a phrasal verb to bow out.

Bow, B-O-W. so let's look at the action verb bow when do we bow a person bows the idea to bow is you can bow with your head just you know nod your head down like when you're saying hello, you can bow at the waist,

you can bend over. So if you meet the Queen of England or somebody really famous, somebody very,

you know, I don't know, somebody amazingly powerful or famous, you might bow. This is the idea to bow, to bend, to look down when you say hello to somebody.

This is the usual way that we bow. Sometimes we bow when we're sorry, especially in some cultures.
