Are you judgmental?

Are you a person that literally walks in a room and starts to judge everyone based on what they're wearing, what they look like, what they sound like, how tall they are, how short they are, how many rings they have on, whether they have a weave or not.

Do you judge people like immediately? Do you? Today, I want to discuss being judgmental.

And most of the time, when I say be judgmental,

we're talking about looking at people that are surrounding you in a space.

But I want you to be judgmental against you.

So here's the exercise. I actually really want you to do this.

If you're listening, y'all all like to take selfies, or at least sometimes. So this is what I want you to do. I'm going to tell you what to do, and then you're going to push Paul's, and then

you're going to go do it. Unless you're driving in your car, you have to visualize it. But for those of

you who really do this exercise, kudos to you. So, I want you to go do a self-photo shoot. I want you

to do a photo shoot of yourself of what you look like when you go to a party.
