about the five levels of leadership. If you're familiar with John Maxwell, you'll

be familiar with this. I'm just delivering his content in Jesse Lee form. I was

part of John Maxwell's elite faculty if you don't know that. So I got to spend a

lot of time with him. I was one of his number one, what time was his number one

sales rep or fall time of his courses? And so I've learned so much from this man.

I can't say enough about it. So I hope you really love this. I have a feeling

you will. If you've never heard of the five levels of leadership, listen to this

a couple of times. And if I can challenge you to do something, identify which one

you're currently at. And you'll notice and I talk about it a lot. It's really a

conglomeration of all five in order to get to the top. You don't just get to

level four and stop all the other levels. By the way, I think level four is the

most challenging and complicated. So get ready for that part of the a pod cast.
