what is this second section, major section, Isaiah 24, 27 about?

Well, so 24 to 27 is a very important material a lot of big emphasis come through so what we can do is the best way is just kind of talk about a chapter by chapter but it ties in a lot with

the material of 13 to 23 as well.

So it fits in this part of the book.
