Welcome back to Redirected. My name is Andrew East and I think we can all agree that life

is full of unexpected events and for better for worse things don't usually turn out how

we think they will. And so I wanted to sit down with people who have encountered some

huge unexpected events and excelled through those in order to gain wisdom for myself and

then ultimately share that with you guys. Today we sit down with an absolute superstar

Eric Decker who over the past year and a half or so has become a friend of mine. We both

live in Nashville and so we bump into each other at events and see each other around town.

And every time we do see each other we end up laughing really really hard. So I think

we'll catch on to that during the interview. We have a good time. But Eric spent eight seasons

in the NFL and he also had his own reality show with his wife Jesse James Decker who's

called Eric and Jesse. So we talk about his football career. We talk about his TV show

and then we also talk about what he's doing now. And so he shares a lot of good advice

with me and gives some really great insight that I think will apply to each and every one

of you. So enjoy this one with Eric Decker. I've enjoyed every time we've hung out Eric.

Yeah, it has been. Sean always laughs. She brings us up frequently. She's like, I still can't

believe when we were in stage coach. Yeah. I stagecoast together. We had that moment.

We did. Where we locked that. It was like, I'm not letting go until you look away.

We were just staring each other's eyes because Eric holds some intense eye contact. And

I was like, I'm not going to break away. I contact support. It is. You know, it is.

Sometimes I like to cheat it and look at the forehead just so I don't get uncomfortable.
