All right guys, today we're talking about Dad Bods.

So some of you are like, all right, what's a Dad Bod?

So here you go.

I'm gonna take us to an unbelievable intellectual level here.

And I'm gonna be reading to you a definition

from Urban dictionary.com.

So here we go.

A Dad Bod, that is a male body type that is best described as softly round.

It's built upon the theory that once a man has found a mate and fathered a child, he doesn't need to worry about maintaining a sculpted physique.

If human bodies were cuts of meat, the Dadbod would skew more marbled rib-eye than

fillet mignon. Or if human bodies were sea mammals, Dadbod would be more like a grazing manatee than a speedy

dolphin. The Dadbod is more mudslide than mountain, more soft serve than sorbet, more sad trombone than clarinet, more mashed potato than skinny-fry.

The Dad Bod is built for comfort.

So there you go.

So here's the thing about Dad Bod. So if you hadn't heard a Dad Bod before then, you're

caught up to speed, but I'm pretty sure most of my listeners are familiar with what a Dad Bod is. And some of you,

you're familiar with it because when you look in the mirror that's what you see and so here's the thing about dadbod

dadbod is a euphemism that's exactly what that is and it's a euphemism for fat guy or out of shape like like that type of thing and so up front let me just be real clear about what I'm saying and what I'm not saying.

I'm not talking about guys that are bad-bodied and maybe maybe you know what what I'm not talking about guys that are bad-bodied.
