Hello and welcome to the Jeff McElino podcast. Thank you for joining me. I'll get right

0:15.0

into it because I have a guest today. I'll introduce in a second and then I also have

0:23.2

an urban dictionary. I haven't done one in a while but I got a fan submission. Thank

0:29.3

you for that. I will read that during the episode around the midway points of stay tuned

0:37.1

for that. You're going to want to because you're going to enjoy yourself so much because

0:41.4

today I'm speaking with Amy Sinha and she is out of the United Kingdom and as much of

0:51.1

as much of an idiot as I felt like I did ask her during this podcast if there was a difference

2:03.7

childhood with cataracts that left her almost blind. She's a rare nerve condition called

2:11.3

sensory neuropathy type 11. She can't feel hot, cold or pain anywhere on her skin and she

2:23.5

also, let's see, she stopped growing at the age of 11 which almost led to her being left

2:31.1

in a wheelchair. We don't really get too in the specifics of why I wanted to kind of mention

2:37.2

that before you listen because I don't think we get too into the specifics of her the

2:44.3

difficulty she's faced. I think we more just talk about personally how she's overcome

2:51.8

those challenges and we talk a little bit about jazz. Somebody is going to be listening

2:57.6

local to me and say you idiot. There are XYZ jazz clubs around town that you've just
