Hey mate how's it going? How you doing? Hey I'm doing pretty darn good. It's good to have a lifetime hero, you know?

I went to an M-Wai conference once and don't blow me up for being in Amway, we're all

suck it by at one time.

And the guy on stage said, if you've got dreams and goals you need to write them down.

He said for an example for everyone in the audience if you think writing your goals down is something strange or mystical

just write down the names of ten people that you want to meet in the flesh.

Just simply write down their name and I guarantee you you'll meet these people in your life.

And so I wrote down Peter Garrett from Midnight Oil and wrote his name down and the write down Billy Joel.

Within one week I met Peter Garrett crossing a street in a beach suburb and I say, hi Peter, we used to listen to your music when we had to get fired up to go out into a big surf and you really rock and he says, oh good, thanks man, and then he crossed the road. We're both running across the

road and waiting for traffic. So I met him within a week of writing his name down

I wrote down Billy Joel and within that year I had two people I met who said that introduced

me to Billy Joel next time he came to Australia, and I didn't have enough self-esteem at the time
