all about core values which if you know anything about me this is something

that I train on on literally every single training that I do with our

organization because I think that it is probably and likely the most important

part of a business. There's just no way for you to scale a business if people

don't know what they're standing for and like I don't know who said the quote so

I wish you give credit but if you stand for nothing you'll fall for everything

and I really run my businesses by that and it allows me to make decisions that

allow us to pivot and grow in the way that I think is best for our organization.

So with that said I think you're going to really love this episode if you do
