friendships today they're incredibly important relationships in our lives. In fact, when I was in

graduate school, I remember being taught that one of the very important questions to ask

someone who might be suicidal is who's your

support system and if they said no one really then your alarm bells really went

off because that support system was extremely significant in their healing and their safety.

But I can't start today without first speaking directly to the people whose lives have been touched by either natural tragedy and trauma in the

recent weeks and months and now by this mass shooting in Las Vegas.
