Today, Jen offers her own variety of programs online where her following swears by her techniques on a daily basis. She is also a private sports therapist and adapts her workouts to peoples personal needs to create a more direct and precise experience. 0:49.8	and it's been fun to see how she's grown and evolved since then. She now has multiple
